Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of pharmacology and anatomy. The Pharmacist will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and provide exceptional pharmaceutical care. RESPONSIBILITIES Dispense medications accurately and safely, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide advice to patients/ customers on how and when to take prescribed medications and other necessary information. Conducting health and wellness screenings as needed. Review and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and legality. Maintain accurate patient/customer records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage inventories, ordering, stocking, removing expired or damaged medicines and maintain proper storage of medicines. Completing and updating operational regulatory requirements of the pharmacy. Adhering to FDA regulations, and other required procedures governing pharmaceutical practice. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to medication therapy. Stay updated on new medications, therapies, and advancements in pharmacology to provide the best possible care. Performing other administrative tasks when needed. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or pharmacology. With valid PRC license in Pharmacy or must be Registered Pharmacist . At least with 1 year working experience as a Dispensing Pharmacist or related. Proven experience as a pharmacist is an advantage . Has a detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Great organizational skills. Keen to details. Fast learner.
