Liaison Collector

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between clients and collection agencies.
• Facilitate communication to ensure timely collection of debts.
• Assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of interactions and transactions.
• Assist in resolving disputes and fostering positive client relationships.
• Monitor collection performance and report findings to management.

• Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: Valid driver’s license, responsible driving skills, and experience in collecting payments.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Collect outstanding payments and maintain accurate records.
• Working Conditions: Fieldwork involving driving; flexible hours.
• Qualities and Traits: Reliable, organized, with strong communication skills.
