About the role Valor Global, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Binan City, Laguna. This is a full-time position focused on providing comprehensive financial accounting and reporting support for the organization. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while contributing to the overall financial well-being of the company. What you'll be doing Prepare and process a variety of accounting transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy of records Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements Provide support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze financial data Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 2-5 years of experience in a financial accounting or reporting role, preferably in the Accounting industry Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, procedures, and best practices Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g. Excel) Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar certification is preferred Willing to work on-site #J-18808-Ljbffr
