• Provide excellent service to both guests and staff, tobuild good customer relationships.
  
• Always look neat and professional and greet guestswarmly.
  
• Make sure gaming machines are working properly and fixminor issues; refill slot tickets when needed.
  
• Place “out of order” signs on broken machines and reportthem to the technician or supervisor.
  
• Walk around assigned areas regularly and respond quicklyto guest concerns or service calls.
  
• Help guests with machines, give directions, and shareinfo about events and services.
  
• Clearly explain how games work, including payouts andjackpots.
  
• Help with machine payouts following departmentguidelines.
  
• Report any problems right away, such as safety issues,rude or drunk guests, or cheating.

Requirements

• At least College level
  
• Good personality & professional appearance.
  
• Experience in the Hospitality industry is anadvantage
  
• Basic knowledge of gaming machines is desired.
  
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule includingevenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
• Independent, responsible and self-motivated.
