JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
 Sourcing replacement parts.
 Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
 Render printer service to client
 Diagnose and troubleshoot computers and printers/machines
 Provide machined preventive maintenance service deployed at client
 Demo and installation of printers/machines
 Testing of brand-new printers/machines purchased
 Assist client on-call to address solutions to complains
 Suggest recommendations or alternative solutions to problems
 Ensure proper turnover of documents (invoices, delivery, pull out, collection and
official receipts) and check and/or cash collections
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Graduate of any computer related course
 Fresh graduates are welcome
 Knowledgeable in different varieties of printers and embroidery machines
 Willing to Train and in flexible time
 Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
 Proficiency in MS Office.
 Willing to do fieldworks
