You’ll coach employees, conduct audits, and raise overall performance. Conduct QA audits on customer interactions and technical work. Track training effectiveness and QA compliance scores. Provide coaching to address performance gaps. Maintain training decks, SOPs, and knowledge base. Qualifications 2+ years in training, QA, or learning & development. Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
