Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in React for front-end development and Node.js for back-end development. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating scalable and maintainable software solutions. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Shift : Philippine Time, 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday, following Philippine holiday schedule Interview Process Interview with Human Resources (Call or Google Meet) Virtual Interview with Project Owner (Google Meet) Job Offer Interview Processing Timelines from End to End 2 weeks Responsibilities Front-end Development: Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js and related libraries. Implement pixel-perfect designs provided by UI/UX designers. Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic. Back-end Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js). Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components. Develop and maintain database schemas (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and data models. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of back-end services. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the overall technical roadmap. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Communicate effectively with team members to discuss requirements, technical solutions, and project status updates. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing development workflows. Proactively address technical debt and refactor codebase as needed to maintain scalability and code quality. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Node.js. Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Redux, Material-UI). Solid understanding of server-side development concepts and RESTful APIs. Experience with database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of GraphQL and related technologies. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
