Overview

HIRING: A land surveyor is responsible for measuring and mapping out land, air, or water surfaces to determine boundaries, features, and elevations. They typically use specialized equipment like GPS, total stations, and lasers to gather data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Surveys: Measure distances, angles, and elevations using tools like theodolites, GPS, and laser scanning.
  • Boundary Identification: Identify and verify property boundaries to resolve land disputes or define land ownership.
  • Create Maps: Prepare topographic, construction, and land-use maps based on survey data.
  • Data Collection: Collect geographical, physical, and legal data to support land development, construction, and other projects.
  • Analyze Data: Review and analyze survey data to ensure accuracy, and interpret measurements to provide recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • With valid original barangay and police clearance
  • Good with customer service is an edge
  • Detail-oriented, and good with customers
  • All genders are welcome
  • Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
  • 18 years old and above
  • High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
  • With experience is a plus or without experience as long as willing to be trained
  • Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holidays
  • Physically fit
