Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Food Technology or related fields (Professional Licensure or relevant certification is a plus).
• At least two years of related experience as QAC Staff in a food manufacturing industry; trainings on QMS, Food Safety, cGWP/cGMP are a plus.
• Willing to work in Navotas City.

Application of Skills and Abilities

• Supports the implementation of policies, processes and initiatives in QAC functions:
• Quality Assurance and Control: monitor quality and food safety plans during blending operations; verify raw materials for quality, expiry, traceability, weight, etc.; validate product for rework; monitor manufacturing procedures; pest control in blending area; daily production monitoring; sample GIPs for testing; ensure proper environmental conditions; collaborate with Production Department; prepare NCRs and monthly NC/CA reports.
• cGWP/cGMP and other quality standards: assist in implementing and monitoring cGWP/cGMP, Food Safety, HACCP; manage deviation reports; assist in in-house trainings and refresher courses.
• Quality Management System: support ISO 9001:2015 alignment; attend QMS trainings and audits; contribute to continuous improvement.
• QAC Reports and Analytics: generate and maintain QAC reports (BSC-OGSM, Corrective Actions, deviation reports, inspection monitoring).
