For more information, visit: Main Duties and Responsibilities: Review reports, processes and staff performance Handles coordination with Top Management, Reporting and Tax teams, Operations and other business units on matters related to Revenue and Accounts Receivable Prepares PAGCOR share remittance; performs entry in Microsoft Navision; prints weekly sales PAGCOR report; prepares summary and AP voucher Monitors negative remittance and reconciles the same as necessary Generates weekly and monthly report from IBM planning analytics and sends report to machine vendor Performs monthly entry of the vendor share, withholding tax, final withholding tax and AP machine vendor Prepares the accrual of direct cost Records all revenue, cash deposit, payout tax and other transaction related to revenue per site Records the account receivable/commission from machine vendor Supervises the Revenue and Accounts Receivable Team and provides inputs on the performance of the revenue staff Monitors the completion of team’s deliverables and ensures that deadlines are met Identifies areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity of the Revenue Team Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy or finance related courses At least 3 years of experience in revenue and accounts receivable management At least 2 years of experience in people management Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Navision or accounting software experience is good to have Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Entertainment Providers Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at DigiPlus Interactive Corp by 2x Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines $30,000.00-$40,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
