Overview Content Writer / Localization Specialist position at DigiPlus Interactive Corp located in Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines. The role focuses on rewriting, adapting, and localizing existing novel content for platform readers, while collaborating with editors and operations teams to align content with marketing activities. Responsibilities Rewrite, adapt, and optimize existing novel content to fit the reading habits of platform users and the platform style. Polish and localize plot, character settings, and dialogue based on content positioning and target audience. Collaborate with content editors and operations teams to ensure adapted content aligns with short plays and marketing campaigns. Monitor popular themes in the novel and short drama market, proposing creative topics and content innovation directions. Ensure content complies with copyright regulations and deliver adaptation tasks on time and with high quality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Literature, Journalism, Media, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in novel writing, adaptation, and editing; experience in online literature and short drama screenplay is a strong plus. Familiar with the style of online literature (light novels, romance, urban, fantasy, etc.) and able to quickly enhance storytelling tension. Excellent Chinese and English reading and writing skills; able to handle Chinese-to-English, English-to-Chinese, or Chinese localization content (including Filipino where applicable). Active thinking and solid writing skills to efficiently produce high-quality content suitable for the platform. Team-oriented with ability to adjust and optimize content based on market feedback.
