Impex Processor/ Buyer

Responsible for managing the company’s import and export activities daily, as well as maintaining relationships with suppliers. Assist the Procurement Manager with strategic issues. Arrange shipments, prepare and approve orders, manage pricing, and release invoices. Coordinate documentation with shipments and importation, maximize space capacity, and schedule with the warehouse. Manage the import and export office to meet all deadlines. Ensure cost-effective import/export processes, negotiate freight rates, and reduce costs. Develop and implement import/export strategies aligned with organizational needs. Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations, stay updated on regulatory changes, and adapt accordingly. Maintain accuracy in customs procedures to avoid penalties. Interact with customers, manage staff, and coordinate with other teams. Manage the traffic department and coordinators, identify compliance risks, and develop risk assessments. Build professional and ethical relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee daily operations in the Import and Export sections. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, management, documentation, or global business. At least two years of experience in import/export regulations. Effective communication skills with sales, retail, and distribution teams. Strong organizational, communication, and basic computer skills.
