Your role Primarily responsible for the basic accounting and financial support for the AR group. Posts client payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card deals. Posts revenues by vindicating and entering deals from the lockboxes and original deposits. Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. Maintains records by microfilming checks, debits, and credits. Verifies validity of account disagreement by obtaining and researching information from sales, trade elevations, client service departments, and from clients. Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries. Moreover, resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures. Resolves collections by checking client payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department. Perform various other tasks such as summarizing receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating yearly transfer to accounts delinquent account verifying summations, and preparing the report. Protects association’s value by keeping information confidential. Updates job knowledge by partaking in educational opportunities. Accomplishes account and association charges by completing affiliated results as demanded. Compensation and benefits Entry-level employees like leasing assistants earn between Php18,000 and Php20,000 per month. Accounting analysts may also earn up to Php20,000 per month.
