Trust Sales Officer at RCBC RCBC Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Summary Generates additional Trust business volume and income for the Bank. How will you contribute? Generates additional trust income by soliciting and opening new trust accounts and promotes the cross‑selling of trust products in branches and other cross‑selling partners. Keeps abreast with updates on the Bank and BSP policies as stipulated in the Anti‑Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MLPP) through circulars, required seminars/programs and adheres to said policies. Conducts proper Know‑Your‑Client (KYC) procedures and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) depending on client’s risk profile, for new accounts opened. Prepares short and long term marketing plans, which set the thrust or emphasis of the team’s selling and marketing activities. Conceptualizes, develops and launches new trust products and services in coordination with the Product Development Officer and performs product support and monitoring activities to ensure continued growth in volume. What will make you successful? Three (3) years industry experience in any financial institution in a Marketing Officer capacity. Working knowledge of the various Trust products and services and the different regulations governing the Trust business. Familiarity and exposure to Portfolio Management and Financial Markets.
