Key Responsibilities: Creative Development & Execution Conceptualize and Design: Translate marketing objectives and creative briefs into high-quality, original visual designs, illustrations, and layouts for diverse applications. Multi-Platform Asset Creation Digital: Websites, social media campaigns, email newsletters, digital advertisements, and blog imagery. Print: Brochures, packaging, trade show materials, and brand stationery, ensuring print-ready file preparation. Motion Graphics: Develop simple animations, video overlays, and dynamic visual content for digital platforms (a strong plus). Branding & Consistency: Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Visual Storytelling: Utilize advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition to enhance communication and drive audience engagement. Digital & Technical Mastery Adobe Creative Cloud Expertise: Demonstrate mastery of the core Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop (advanced photo editing, manipulation, and retouching), Illustrator (vector graphics, logo design), and InDesign (layout and print production). Web & Interactive Design: Create and optimize graphics (including SVGs, JPEGs, PNGs) for fast loading and responsiveness across various digital devices and platforms. Emerging Tools: Stay current with industry trends and digital tools, including AI-driven design tools and interactive design platforms like Figma or Sketch. Production & Workflow: Manage and organize a large library of digital assets and final files on cloud platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint). Testing & Optimization: Design for A/B testing and optimize visuals based on performance data and best practices for digital platforms. Collaboration & Project Management Present creative concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders clearly and persuasively. Work collaboratively with copywriters, marketing specialists, and web developers to ensure designs meet both creative and technical specifications. Incorporate constructive feedback and efficiently manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines. Required Skills and Qualifications Portfolio: A comprehensive and compelling portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and a range of experience across digital and print projects. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum X years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Artist, or in a similar role. Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital file types, color spaces (RGB/CMYK), image resolution, and preparation for both screen and professional printing. Soft Skills: High level of creativity, excellent communication skills (verbal and visual), strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
