Executive Recruiter at Nezda Global | Build Your Career With Us As the Financial Functional Lead , you’ll oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, guide a team of consultants, and ensure the delivery of scalable, efficient solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash & Expenses Management, Sub‑Ledger Accounting, and Accounting Hub Cloud Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on‑time, quality implementations. Conduct requirement analysis sessions and recommend best practices. Provide leadership and mentoring to functional consultants. Prepare and maintain documentation (fit‑gap, configuration, test scripts, training materials). Independently design process solutions in client‑facing environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 8‑10 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials . Proven track record in at least 3 end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations . Expertise in integrations to/from Oracle Cloud with systems like Salesforce, Zuora, Banks, RevPro, etc. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Good-to-Have Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Experience in global project environments. Exposure to automation or reporting tools within Oracle Fusion.
