NAS Implementation Time Configuration Team Leader Lead a team that handles implementation projects across various products offered by ADP for National Account Services (NAS) clients. Build relationships with clients and seamlessly implement ADP’s technologies to ensure long‑term success. Responsibilities Establish daily activity direction and ensure efficient operations. Create a productive and enjoyable working environment for the team. Leverage project management and leadership expertise to manage workflow and prioritize critical client issues. Build rapport, establish trust, and maintain professionalism with clients. Achieve high client satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HCM related field or equivalent education and experience. At least 4 years of subject matter expert, mentor, or supervisory experience. At least 5 years of customer service experience. Proven proficiency in prioritizing critical client issues and managing workflow. Effective time management, organization, and planning skills. Proven experience in project management and project coordination. Effective communication skills in a client‑facing context. Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in benefits administration, payroll, HR, or related experience. Experience in implementation work. US Benefits & Payroll knowledge is a plus. Technical training or equivalent experience with HR, Payroll, Time systems. Industry related certifications such as PHR, CPP, FPC.
