CNC Programmer

Job Description

• Write, develop, and optimize CNC programs for machining operations
• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining instructions
• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency and maintain tolerances
• Troubleshoot programming and machine operation issues to ensure smooth workflow
• Perform quality checks on machined parts using measuring instruments to meet production standards
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve machining processes and program efficiency

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related course (Machining/Manufacturing).
• With 3–5 years of solid experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in machining processes, tooling, and precision measurement instruments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
