About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications for iOS, Android, or cross-platform environments, ensuring scalability, security, and exceptional user experiences. This includes collaborating with UI/UX designers, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and managing app deployment and updates.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to the development of mobile applications for iOS, Android, or cross-platform environments.

• Assist in designing and implementing app architecture to ensure scalability, security, and reliable performance.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established best practices.

• Participate in enhancing the application by implementing new features, resolving bugs, and optimizing performance.

• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and backend systems to extend app functionality.

• Perform unit testing and integration testing to identify and address issues during the development cycle.

• Support the deployment process, ensuring smooth app launches on the App Store or Google Play.

• Provide support post-launch to address user-reported issues and ensure app reliability.

• Stay updated on the latest OS versions and device trends to keep the app compatible and up to date.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in mobile application development.

• Proficiency in developing Android apps using Java or Kotlin and iOS apps using Swift or Objective-C.

• Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and responsive design.

• Hands-on experience with APIs and backend integration, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

• Knowledge of app deployment processes for Google Play and the Apple App Store.

• Proficiency in development tools such as Android Studio, Xcode, and version control systems like Git.

• Experience with debugging tools and performance testing for mobile applications.

• Understanding of mobile security best practices, including data encryption and secure authentication methods.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to optimize app performance and memory usage.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
