Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle — from identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all applicants.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Write and post job advertisements on online platforms and social media
- Source potential candidates using various channels (databases, social platforms, referrals, job boards)
- Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial interviews via phone, video, or in person
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple job openings at once
