Review tender requirements, design documents, specifications, bills of quantities, and other related documents for international infrastructure construction projects.
Develop practical and feasible construction plans based on site conditions, work quantities, the contractual completion period, and technical requirements.
Plan construction methods, temporary works, work sequences, construction zones, logistics, and project schedules.
Prepare technical proposals, method statements, construction schedules, and other tender documents.
Assess the required manpower, construction equipment, materials, and temporary facilities, and provide relevant information to the estimating and procurement teams.
Identify key risks related to the construction period, constructability, safety, quality, environment, procurement, and local conditions, and develop appropriate mitigation measures.
Coordinate internally with the tender, estimating, design, procurement, contract management, and management teams.
When required, travel to the relevant countries to participate in site visits, pre-bid meetings, discussions with subcontractors, and other tender activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Practical experience in construction planning, schedule management, or project controls for international construction projects.
Experience in infrastructure construction projects such as bridges, roads, railways, tunnels, or subways.
Experience in tender-stage construction planning, schedule development, or preparation of technical proposals.
Ability to conduct meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare reports, and draft technical documents in English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently.
Experience working for a Japanese contractor or multinational company.
Work or business travel experience in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, or other overseas regions.
Experience in projects funded by JICA, ADB, or other multilateral development banks.
Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, design-build projects, or international competitive bidding.
PMP or other project management-related certification.
