What you will do Design and implement a scalable product team structure, evolving into squads as the company grows. Lead the product strategy and roadmap, overseeing the launch of Roamless V2 and new offerings beyond roaming. Build, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of autonomy and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate 10+ years in product‑led companies, with 7+ in product management and 3+ in leadership roles managing B2C mobile apps with 1M+ global users. Proven experience scaling a startup product team from early stages to a mature, squad‑based structure, comfortable being hands‑on.
