Overview Key Responsibilities- Financial Tracking & Analysis: Monitor hiring activity, global resource costs, savings, and ROI of resourcing initiatives using internal trackers.
- Data Quality Oversight: Conduct follow-ups and escalate issues related to data integrity, focusing on error rates, corrections, and continuous improvements.
- Executive Reporting: Develop, maintain, and present dashboards, reports, and materials that highlight financial and operational performance.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual and quarterly budget planning by analyzing billing and reporting data.
- Billing Audits: Perform regular audits of billing and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely invoice validation.
- Approval Coordination: Manage follow-ups with leaders and managers to secure timely approvals of global resource timesheets and invoices.
- Strategic Support: Take on additional assignments to strengthen MGT’s global operations and talent strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in financial management, billing, reporting, or operational leadership—preferably in consulting, professional services, or a global delivery environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) and PowerPoint .
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams .
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Flexibility to work across time zones and occasionally outside standard business hours.
