General Ledger Senior Specialist

This role involves executing and overseeing accurate financial reporting and ensuring compliance with IFRS and corporate guidelines. Key duties include: Responsibilities Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability. Identifying control gaps and recommending improvements. Monitoring KPIs and driving process improvements. Managing month‑end, year‑end, and statutory reporting. Handling tax computations, statutory books, and audit coordination. Reviewing and correcting financial inconsistencies. Supporting automation and optimization initiatives. Preparing and analysing statutory financial statements. Training new team members and collaborating with auditors. Supporting transfer pricing and intercompany reconciliation processes. Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years of Accounting and Reporting experience in a multinational organisation Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit coordination In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and corporate finance/accounting standards Experience in preparing and analysing statutory financial statements, including tax computations and reconciliation processes Excel advanced skills and knowledge of office‑based IT tools GL process migration experience Cebu City | Full onsite | Day or Mid Shift #J-18808-Ljbffr
