We are hiring an AI Creative Engineer to build the future of content creation. This is a brand-new role designed for someone who sees AI not just as a tool—but as a canvas. Your mission? To create viral, entertaining, and emotionally resonant campaigns using next‑gen AI technology. You’ll experiment with everything from AI‑generated video hooks and characters to surreal billboard visuals that stop people in their tracks. You’ll work closely with a high‑energy creative team, constantly testing new ideas and tools to see what moves the needle. Key Responsibilities Create engaging AI‑generated video ads, visuals, and memes that drive attention and conversions Develop AI characters and scenes (e.g., the client in different personas) for social, billboard, and paid campaigns Turn radio ads and stories into cinematic AI video scenes and viral intros Use AI tools to blend UGC actors or AI avatars with real footage through overlays Generate realistic static ads, thumbnails, and short‑form content for organic and paid channels. Maintain high creative output, balancing quality with daily volume goals Stay on top of viral trends and translate them into creative AI campaigns Brainstorm and test new content formats, video hooks, and story‑driven ads Use AI tools for image editing, visual manipulation, and product integration Develop AI scripts and voiceovers using tools like ElevenLabs for character‑driven storytelling Master state‑of‑the‑art AI platforms, including Sora, Google Veo, Runway, Midjourney, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, and ArcAds Research and test emerging AI tools, recommending the best for creative projects Build and maintain a library of prompts, assets, and workflows to streamline content production Partner with the UGC, social, and paid ad teams to bring creative ideas to life Attend creative meetings, pitch ideas, and rapidly iterate on top‑performing concepts Collaborate on larger campaigns like billboards and viral video projects Ensure organized project files and proper approvals for all content used Review creative performance data and optimize visuals, hooks, and formats based on results Balance quality with speed and efficiency — the team prioritizes momentum and creative testing over perfection Iterate quickly on winning concepts to maximize engagement and ROI Document best practices and contribute to building a scalable AI creative system Qualifications Must‑Haves
