Who we’re looking for: As part of the global support team based in Parañaque, Metro Manila, the 3D Visualisation Team Lead will work closely with a small team to work in the digital design of construction staging on some Australia’s largest infrastructure projects. You will be using your virtual design and creative expertise to produce 3D visualisations and 4D simulations. What You’ll Do Work full on-site, Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm PH time Create high-end 3D Visualisations, 4D Digital Rehearsals, Real-Time 3D information integration, Photo simulations, Motion Graphics, photomontage/sliders, and multimedia outputs. Work closely with engineers, designers and developers to make sure the 3D Visualisation deliverables are met Produce complex and detailed models Develop visualisation and gamification processes and procedures to ensure reliable and efficient visualisation management and 3D model development. Optimising models, material, textures, and lighting for use in game/interactive platforms Setting up models for real-time rendering Coaching of team members Who You Are A minimum of 6 years of work experience in visualisation preferably in construction The ability to lead a team A High level of skill in 3ds Max modelling, rigging and animation Proficiency in V-Ray Proficiency in Sketchup Proficient in compositing in After Effects Experience in 4D Digital Experience in a gaming engine like Unreal A solid foundational understanding of engineering and detail drawings in an infrastructure context Ability to create 3D models from PDF drawings Drawing or Revit designs Perks and Benefits Life and Accident Insurance for you upon regularization Rewarding long-term career opportunities Promotes a supportive, family-oriented culture Commitment to diversity and inclusion For more about us, head to Due to the high volume of applications and enquiries, we are only able to respond to shortlisted candidates.
