Job Description
Respond to client inquiries and issues related to the supported application software (ERP Financial/Procurement/Sales or HCMS/Payroll).

Troubleshoot problems, analyze system logs, and diagnose technical issues to identify and implement effective solutions.

Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, with potentially multiple assignments

Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their ongoing needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Track and monitor the progress of issue resolution, ensuring timely updates to clients on the status and expected resolutions.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and customer experience.

Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.

Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications
Work Experience:

- At least 1 year of working experience in handling ERP system is a must.

- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accountancy or equivalent.

- Knowledge in Accounting is a must.

• Experience in providing first level support via phone, email and online is a plus.
