Competitive Compensation and Annual Increase ❤️ Life and HMO Insurance Coverage The Quality Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the organization, quality, integrity, and governance of critical alternative investment data within our operational systems. Key Responsibilities: Oversee organization of fund documents within operational systems. Enrich unstructured data into existing data infrastructures. Maintain completeness, timeliness and accuracy of relevant investment data through validation and control processes. Follow best practices for managing investor information to maintain consistency and ensure compliance with internal standards. Collaborate across teams to provide insights from alternative investment data across multiple reporting platforms and systems. Continuously look for ways to automate and improve existing processes. Maintain and share standard operating procedures. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in data management tools, Excel and other software. General understanding of the alternative investment landscape. Able to prioritize & execute tasks and meet deadlines. Commitment to continuously learn new technologies and adapt to new data and systems as the industry evolves. Able to identify and understand risks associated with data management processes.
