Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization. Provide information and support to guests regarding services, facilities, and directions. Address and resolve visitor inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Maintain the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming. Collaborate with other team members to enhance the visitor experience. Assist with basic technical issues that may arise for guests using lobby resources.
