The Transformation Manager will coach, guide, and manage Transformation Leads, oversee their projects, and provide overall strategic guidance, including defining strategies and managing the transformation team’s capacities. How you'll contribute Supervise project delivery and coach the team. Ensure prompt fulfillment of assigned projects, positively impacting the bank’s bottom line. Define and maintain RTG processes. Contribute to the development of strategic plans. Manage capacity through effective resource allocation to meet project demands. What we’re looking for 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in banking or the financial sector. Expertise in project management with a focus on achieving targeted business value. In-depth knowledge of and proficiency with Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
