Job Responsibilities

• Build a team of 10 - 15 sales recruiters and financial wellness agents from sourcing to licensing in the first 3 months.
• Undergo Company sponsored product and leadership training programs.
• Setting individual sales and recruitment targets with your team.
• Tracking recruitment and sales goals, and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of your team.
• Developing your team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products and educate the same to your team members.
• Review your team members' client accounts and plans on a regular basis and mentor each to understand if life or economic changes, situational concerns, or financial performance necessitate changes in their clients' plans.
• Meeting necessary monthly quotas including personal and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field OR equivalent work experience
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales/Account Management/Business Development experience is highly desirable
• Management/Team Lead experience required
• Must have a laptop, desktop or tablet and a stable internet connection
• Soft skills: Gritty to succeed; A true team player with a teachable spirit; Strong leadership and influencing abilities; Trustworthy, high creativity and problem-solving skills fit for the real world
• Goal: Assess and plan financial solutions for clients; Build, Support, and Grow a team of Financial Advisors; Attend training, learning sessions, and meetings

Compensation and Roles

• Qualified full-time Unit Managers (UM) can enjoy fixed monthly allowances ranging from 30 - 50k. Final rate to be determined after the Branch Manager interview.
• Qualified Assistant Unit Managers (AUM) are entitled to a 10% override commissions from their team members atop of their personal commissions of upto 45% per case.
• Full-time Unit Managers will be provided with extensive training programs and bootcamps to ensure they are fully equipped to meet the requirements/quota.
• Both UM and AUMs are entitled to exclusive perks: Group Life Insurance, HMO, Retirement Savings Fund, and more as detailed in the original posting.
• Income details include Personal Sales overrides, Activation Bonuses, UM overrides, MUM overrides, Growth Bonuses, Elite Travel Incentives, and recruitment-related earnings.
• Average YTD Income (examples not final): Agents PHP 58,136.44 to 77,244.66; Leaders PHP 216,613.18 to 418,262.42.
• Up to 45% Commissions, 25% Personal Override, up to 25% Recruitment Override, up to 15% Management Override, up to 20% Quarterly Production Bonus, Monthly Incentives.
• Monthly income ranges: Unit Manager 200,000 to 500,000; Branch Manager 500,000 to 1,000,000.

Travel Incentives
