The Tippler & Co. has just turned 13 Over the past few years, we've been creating strong, story-led content that captures real hospitality moments - the prep, the pours, the atmosphere, and the people.
After a major content shoot, we're looking for a reliable and creative Digital Content Creator to help us continue building our online presence and take it to the next level.
This role has two clear halves. Both can be learned. What matters most is your attitude, eye for content, and consistency.
Half One (Most Important): CapCut Editing & Storytelling
This is the core of the role.
You'll receive raw footage and turn it into engaging short-form videos that feel natural, warm, and human - not generic or over-edited.
- Edit Reels, TikToks, and Shorts using CapCut
- Create a sense of story, flow, and emotion
- Highlight special moments such as pours, prep, smiles, movement, and small details
- Use music, pacing, text, and timing thoughtfully
- Turn one shoot into multiple pieces of quality content
CapCut skills can be improved, but you must already have a good eye and genuine interest in storytelling.
This part of the role is about learning how content supports a brand long-term.
- Help maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Learn what content performs well and why
- Support content planning and simple content pillars
- Help repurpose content across platforms
- Gradually build an understanding of growth and engagement
- Strategy and growth can be learned. Curiosity and willingness to improve are essential.
What We're Looking For

- Are reliable, responsive, and communicate clearly
- Can work independently from home
- Want to grow your skills over time
Nice to have, but not required:
- Experience editing Reels or TikToks
- Hospitality, food, lifestyle, or brand content experience
- Basic Canva skills
Work Setup Requirements
- Based in the Philippines
- Stable internet connection
- Comfortable working remotely with an Australian business
- Able to receive feedback and work to clear deadlines
