What you’ll build in the first 90 days Core records UI: Companies, contacts, profiles, inline editing, and bulk actions. Pipeline/Kanban: Drag-and-drop stages, swimlanes, WIP cues, and keyboard navigation. Notes & tasks: Rich notes, mentions, due dates, reminders. Search & saved views: Filters, facets, query builder, pinned views. Your toolbox Testing: RTL/Jest or Vitest + Playwright • Perf: code‑split, memoize, profiler Accessibility (WCAG), i18n, responsive design across breakpoints Must‑haves 4+ years building data‑heavy React apps (tables, forms, filters, real‑time). You’ve shipped saved views/search and CSV import/export with great DX. Strong design‑to‑code chops (Figma → component system), and you sweat details: empty states, loading, errors, skeletons, micro‑interactions. Pragmatic testing, clean Git hygiene, comfort giving/receiving reviews. Nice‑to‑haves CRM/ATS patterns, role‑based UI, audit trails. In‑app comms UIs (email/SMS threads, timelines). List virtualisation at scale (50k+ rows), optimistic updates. How we work Small, senior, high‑trust. Short cycles, preview‑before‑merge, measure UX by quality, safety, and cost (not just speed).
