Overview
Open for Newbies - Hotel Reservation - Weekends OFF role at Orbit Teleservices. This is an Online/Non-Voice position where you will assist customers via chat and email with hotel bookings, changes, and inquiries.
Responsibilities- Handle hotel reservation inquiries, booking confirmations, and cancellations through chat and email.
- Provide accurate and timely information about room availability, pricing, and policies.
- Ensure high-quality customer service in all written interactions.
- Record and update customer information and reservation details in internal systems.
- Follow all company guidelines for quality and compliance.
- High school graduate (K-12 or Old Curriculum).
- Minimum of 6 months BPO or relevant customer service experience (non-voice experience preferred).
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient in computer use and typing.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules (weekends off).
- Weekends off (Monday to Friday schedule)
