Position: Country Manager

Location: Manila, Philippines (Extensive travel within the country required)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement country-specific sales and business strategies.
  • Align local business operations with corporate objectives to maximize growth and profitability.
  • Oversee all sales activities, setting clear targets and monitoring performance.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand business reach.
  • Engage directly with key accounts, maintaining and strengthening relationships.
  • Responsible for the Philippines Bulk Market and, upon success, expansion to the SEA market for the company's product range.
  • Motivate and monitor sales teams and distributors.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performance sales results.

Requirements:

  • >10 years of experience, min. 5 years of experience in managerial position, selling engineering products in the bulk material handling sector .
  • Experience in selling rollers, belts, motorized pulleys, etc. in the Philippines market.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and business development strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work independently with high personal integrity.
