Required Skills MS Office 365 Support MS Office 365 Job Description This is a full-time L3 Technical Support role. The role involves providing advanced technical support, cloud and SaaS product management, firewall configuration and administration, troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams, and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems directly for customers. Some light lifting or activities related to network support may also be required from time to time. Qualifications Experience working at or with Managed Services Providers (MSP) Providing technical support at Level-3 competency Advanced proficiency in remote desktop support and management (RMM) Advanced proficiency in administration of Microsoft O365, Azure, and Exchange Proficiency in Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Intune / Mobile Device Management (MDM) Experience working within support desk / ticketing systems such as Service Now or ZenDesk Experiencing maintaining, patching, and supporting firewalls and network appliances Strong cyber security awareness with ability to demonstrate techniques and best practices. Demonstrated advanced network configuration and monitoring ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working with remote teams, offices, and customers worldwide Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving advanced technical issues Knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software systems A strong sense for customer service and hospitality Strong communication and problem-solving skills Certifications in CompTIA A+, ISC CISSP, and other relevant technology is a plus Benefits SSS, HDMF/Pag-IBIG fund, 13th month pay, and highly competitive pay, along with all other mandated benefits.
