Qualifications
1. Must be graduate of Bachelor of Science in ECE or Computer Science or Information Technology
2. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. (with relevant internship experience)
3. Strong background in Windows Operating System and other Microsoft products including but not limited to MS Office.
4. Experienced in computer set-up, configuration and troubleshooting
5. Experience in hardware and software assets inventories
6. Experienced in health status or maintenance of devices and provide software Solutions
7. Must have a strong experience/knowledge in network background and concept.
8. Incoming employee should be dedicated and patient. Works well under pressure and minimal supervision.
9. Has it's own initiative in terms of work. Willingness to learn, a team player and can establish a good-working relationship with users and his peers.
10. Customer-oriented and can function ow work independently or as a team.

Job Description
The IT Hardware Management Associate maintains and regularly updates the company’s hardware and software inventory. The role also includes keeping track of assets’ health and status and taking care of issues with devices or software solutions. They will have to keep track of persistent problems, see if there are any underlying issues, and make sure that their team resolves all asset-related matters effectively and efficiently.

a. Maintain up-to-date inventory records.
b. Tracking incoming and outgoing products
c. Monitor the inventory level of stock replenishment.
d. Keeps the stockroom, always staging and dock areas clean and orderly.
e. Process the Asset Disposal
f. Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
g. Performs inventory physical count.
h. Strong collaboration with the EUS department for inventory stocking
i. Ensure asset deployment and returns accuracy.
j. Other assigned tasks related to Asset Management
