Job Description Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or financial analysis — ideally in Fintech, Banking, or Payments. Experience in high-volume transaction environments (e.g., e-wallets, merchant settlements, or online lending). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel Familiar with digital wallets, settlements, or payment systems. Highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced and data-driven setup. Job Description Responsibilities Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across multiple systems and platforms. Investigate and resolve transaction mismatches or system variances. Coordinate with Finance, Product, and Payment Gateway to correct data or process gaps. Prepare reconciliation reports and support month-end close activities.
