Job Opportunity: Skincare Sales & Client Specialist

Salary Range: Php 25,000 – 30,000

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule, 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome clients and build rapport to understand skincare concerns and goals.
Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and recommend appropriate skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
Clearly explain product benefits, usage, and expected outcomes.
Drive individual and clinic retail sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
Address client inquiries, manage objections, and maintain proactive follow-up communications.

Stay current on all skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
Support product merchandising and inventory control to ensure availability and appealing displays.
Participate in product training sessions and share knowledge with the team.

Develop long-term relationships through personalized care and consistent follow-ups.
Promote participation in promos, loyalty programs, and referral initiatives.
Accurately document client profiles, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system.

Coordinate with aestheticians, doctors, and clinic staff to ensure seamless client care.
Adhere strictly to clinic policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.
