About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Darwinbox Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, system configuration, and continuous enhancements of the Darwinbox HRIS platform. The role requires strong functional expertise in HR processes, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment, optimization, and ongoing innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle Darwinbox implementation projects (Discovery -> Design -> Configuration -> Testing -> Go-Live -> Hypercare)
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and document functional specifications
- Design and configure Darwinbox modules aligned with HR policies and best practices
- Develop data migration templates and support data validation and cleansing
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution
- Support change management and end-user training initiatives
- Configure core modules such as Core HR, Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance Management, Payroll & Time Management, Leave & Attendance, and Compensation & Benefits
- Configure workflows, approval matrices, business rules, and custom forms
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation
- Develop and customize dashboards and HR analytics reports
About you
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in HRIS implementation (preferably Darwinbox)
- At least 2 full-cycle Darwinbox implementations completed
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and lifecycle management
- Experience in system configuration (workflows, forms, reports, security)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience in payroll configuration and statutory compliance is a plus
- Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) is an advantage
