Overview

Philippines Senior Developer Full Stack (AEM) - This role is contract or full-time, preferably located in the Philippines. You will have the opportunity to learn new tools and collaborate with a passionate team in an agile environment. From design to coding, you will provide technical guidance and expertise to architects, colleagues, and clients.

What you will need
  • A passion for quality code, accessibility, and maintainability, as well as excellent communication skills.
Server-side
  • Strong Core Java 11+ in a jUnit testing context
  • Spring Core/Web/Boot/Security
  • REST & Microservices
  • Strong knowledge of tooling & techniques like Maven, Git, refactoring, patterns, OSGi
  • DevOps automation & UNIX (Not necessary but desirable)
Front-end Side
  • Good working knowledge of FE frameworks like React or VueJs
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS (SASS etc)
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in front-end development
Soft Skills
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Guide and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
  • Solution-Focused Mindset: Proactively identify and provide effective solutions to complex technical challenges, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Effective Communication: Articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and understanding.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Problem Solving: Utilise analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring smooth project progression.
What you will be doing
  • Developing & designing solutions using the Spring Framework or Adobe AEM CMS
  • Designing FE applications using modern Front-End application frameworks (VueJS/React)
  • Build reusable code and libraries and keep code clean
  • Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
  • Sharing and building knowledge within the team and ensuring the team deliver success
