About the role
The Operations Head is responsible for overseeing Keepr's overall day-to-day operations, including warehouse, logistics, pickup, delivery, fleet, manpower, and client service activities. The position ensures operational efficiency, service quality, compliance, cost control, and accountability across all operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse, logistics, pickup, delivery, and fleet operations.
- Establish, implement, and monitor operational procedures, standards, and performance targets.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, movement, and security of client items.
- Monitor pickup and delivery schedules and resolve operational delays and issues.
- Manage fleet utilization, vehicle availability, maintenance, repairs, and compliance.
- Lead and supervise the operations team, including manpower planning, scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline.
- Monitor operational KPIs, costs, productivity, and service levels.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Management on operational requirements.
- Handle escalated client and operational concerns.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant operations, logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience, preferably with managerial experience.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, fleet, and delivery operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and operational reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to operational requirements beyond regular working hours when necessary.
