Responsibilities The Paralegal is responsible in providing support to our attorneys in back‑office operations, focusing on efficient document preparation, case management, and meticulous deadline tracking. Document Drafting & Filing: Prepare, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery responses, meet‑and‑confer letters, and various court forms. Case Management: Oversee all aspects of case files within our practice management system, ensuring information is organized and up‑to‑date. Discovery Support: Manage the discovery process, including the organization, review, and production of documents. Deadline & Calendar Management: Proactively track and manage case deadlines, court dates, and internal schedules to ensure timely compliance. Communication: Conduct discovery calls and liaise with internal teams; this is a non‑client‑facing role. Settlement & Trial Prep: Provide comprehensive support for settlement demands and trial preparation activities. Administrative Efficiency: Complete assigned administrative tasks to support attorney workflow and overall team productivity. Requirements 12 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with a US‑based law firm. Experience in California Civil Litigation and/or Lemon Law is highly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with case management tools is preferred but not required; candidates must demonstrate knowledge and/or relevant experience aligned with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined. Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written), ability to think strategically, manage projects independently, and pursue multiple objectives simultaneously. Willing to work a night shift schedule. Must be able to work on our site: 8th Floor Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City.
