Finance Specialist - General Ledger

Overview

Role: Finance Specialist – General Ledger

Responsibilities
  • Invoice Processing : Handle 2-way and 3-way matching, validate pricing and contracts, ensure compliance with BIR regulations, and manage vendor queries.
  • Account Reconciliation : Reconcile vendor SOAs, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close.
  • Audit Support : Assist internal, external, and tax auditors with timely and accurate documentation.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks : Support Treasury and AP Manager with additional finance-related duties.
What We’re Looking For
  • Knowledge & Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting , preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment
    • Proficiency in SAP is required, with hands-on experience in general ledger and financial reporting modules
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate across finance and operational teams

  • Education
