Alta Sports is a growing sports media and digital platform in the Philippines, building engaging sports content, communities, and digital experiences for fans.
About the role
We are looking for a Community Manager to build and grow Alta Sports' sports fan communities, starting with our flagship Eala Nation community. You will be responsible for growing an engaged fan base, strengthening community loyalty, and helping turn fans into active Alta Sports users.
Key responsibilities
Build, manage, and grow sports fan communities across social and digital platforms.
Develop engaging content and community activities that encourage participation and user-generated content.
Manage community engagement, moderation, and day-to-day interactions with fans.
Develop relationships with KOLs, fan groups, and community partners.
Support online and offline fan activations, events, and sports-related campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing, creative, product, and partnership teams to support community and business growth.
Monitor community performance and provide regular insights and recommendations.
About you
3+ years of experience in community management, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience growing and engaging online communities, preferably in sports, entertainment, media, or fandom.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Strong communication and content skills, with a good understanding of Filipino sports fans and social media culture.
Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or community partners is a plus.
Passion for sports, with an interest in tennis or athlete/fan communities preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required for live matches and events.
Fluent in English and Filipino.
