Key Responsibilities
Monitor buyer demand, pricing patterns, and housing market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Scan competitor pricing, maintain updated competitor databases, and provide insights on market positioning.
Collect and synthesize information from brokers, LGUs, and industry reports to inform development strategies.
Build and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize market data and trends.
Present findings and recommend actionable strategies to management for project planning and pricing.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of market intelligence databases, reports, and competitor files.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field .
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate research or market analysis .
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
Knowledge of zoning regulations, development processes, and housing market dynamics .
Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering insights to management.
