About the Role: This is a mid-shift, hybrid position based in BGC, Taguig. You’ll be part of a team building and optimizing cloud-native data pipelines, transforming massive datasets, and enabling seamless access to insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like AWS Glue
  • Optimize Snowflake and cloud data warehouse performance
  • Collaborate across BI, Data Science, and Engineering teams
  • Support analytics solutions using Qlik and other BI tools
  • Contribute to Agile delivery (Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM) and ensure CI/CD compliance
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MS SQL
  • Proven experience with AWS (RDS, Fargate, etc.)
  • Proficient in Python and/or Java
  • Strong knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, and BI tools
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models (Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM)
Good-to-Have
  • Experience with AWS Glue or other ETL orchestration tools
  • BI reporting experience using Qlik
  • Advanced analytics exposure (ML/AI pipelines, real-time processing)
