Job Description

Espa-Fil Import and Export Corp. is hiring a Full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Mandaluyong City, NCR. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through digital marketplace management, eCommerce optimization, and targeted campaigns. The candidate should have hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, social media, and paid advertising to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Drive immediate revenue growth through digital marketplace management, Magento platform optimization, and targeted campaigns.
  • Manage Amazon Australia seller accounts and other marketplaces; optimize product listings, advertising campaigns, and inventory coordination.
  • Coordinate daily with procurement and technology teams on inventory, site performance, and technical improvements.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across paid search, social media, email, and display advertising; test new features and optimize ROI.
  • Monitor site performance metrics, conversion rates, and key KPIs; prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Support data-driven decision-making with analytics and ROI analyses; collaborate with cross-functional teams including ANZ/Global teams.
  • Develop content for digital channels and ensure brand consistency; contribute to landing page optimization and CRO efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager; SEO knowledge and experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento, Amazon, etc.).
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for content management; experience with email marketing platforms and CRMs.
  • Experience with international markets (Australia preferred) and offshore/remote team collaboration.
  • Excellent English communication skills; data-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
