PR, Communications & Events Marketing Coordinator (Remote - Philippines)
Wedded Wonderland is a premier destination wedding and luxury event media brand. We connect brides, grooms, event planners and vendors with industry-leading services, inspiration and marketing opportunities. With a highly engaged audience of over 2 million across our digital platforms, we bring couples, luxury brands, venues and tourism partners together through media, events and meaningful collaborations.
The Role
We're looking for a highly organised, creative and proactive PR, Communications & Events Marketing Coordinator to bring the Wedded Wonderland brand to life. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines, working closely with our team in Australia and partners around the world.
This role suits someone who has delivered events end to end. That could be in-house brand events, brand activations or partner launches, and they could be large-scale showcases or intimate VIP experiences. You'll take events from concept and critical path through to delivery and post-event reporting, working with on-the-ground teams, venues and suppliers to make sure everything lands on the day. Alongside events, you'll drive our PR and media activity and help deliver partnerships with wedding, luxury, hospitality and tourism brands.
No two days look the same. One day you might be locking in suppliers for a styled bridal showcase. The next, you could be building the run sheet for a venue preview, sending out a press release or making sure a partner's activation deliverables land perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Activations

- Own event timelines, budgets, run sheets, project trackers and critical paths.
- Manage venue sourcing, supplier and vendor coordination, styling, logistics, guest lists and RSVPs.
- Be the remote point of coordination on event days, keeping on-site teams, suppliers and partners connected and making sure the run sheet is followed.
- Prepare briefing packs, schedules and checklists so on-site teams can deliver without gaps.
- Deliver structured pre- and post-event reporting, including attendance, partner value, content captured and key learnings.
PR, Media & Communications
- Build and maintain media and influencer lists across wedding, bridal, luxury lifestyle and travel press.
- Write press releases, media pitches, event invitations and brand announcements.
- Coordinate the logistics for press events, media previews, venue famils and influencer visits, including invitations, scheduling and briefing.
- Manage gifting, sample tracking and media logistics with couriers, partners and suppliers.
- Track and report on media coverage, share of voice and campaign results.
- Work with the content and social teams so events and PR moments are captured and amplified across Wedded Wonderland's channels.
Partnerships
- Support the delivery of sponsorship and partnership programs across Wedded Media, Wedded Network, Wedded Concierge and Venue Wonderland.
- Coordinate partner deliverables, activation requirements and brand integrations at events.
- Help find and deliver co-branded opportunities with wedding vendors, luxury brands, hotels, venues and tourism boards.
- Manage partner and stakeholder communication before, during and after events.
Planning & Coordination
- Maintain the events, PR and partnerships calendar.
- Support quarterly planning and reporting.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Content and Partnerships to make sure every activation is commercially aligned and on-brand.
- Bring fresh ideas and keep improving how we deliver events, media moments and partnerships.
About You
You love organisation, you're energised by a full calendar, and you take pride in creating beautiful, well-run experiences that people remember.
You'll bring:
