Who You'd Be Working With

You would be engaged as an independent contractor by Qualita Group , a Bulgaria-registered company, to provide website and digital services for CPR First Aid , an established Australian first aid and CPR training provider.

This is an independent contractor arrangement rather than an employment position. Contractors invoice for approved hours worked and remain free to work with other clients.

We are currently looking for experienced Philippines-based contractors who can support our website and related digital systems when required.

Please note this is an on-demand role.

Work will be assigned based on current projects, website requirements and business priorities. There may be weeks where 5–20 hours of work are available, while at other times there may be limited or no work.

There are no guaranteed minimum weekly hours.

This opportunity is best suited to experienced freelancers or contractors who already manage their own workload and are comfortable taking on additional projects as they become available.

Main Focus: Website Development & Improvement

The majority of work will be focused on our WordPress websites, including maintaining, improving and growing the website.

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

1. WordPress Development & Maintenance

Maintaining and updating WordPress websites

Creating and improving website pages

Building new website functionality

Troubleshooting website errors and technical issues

Plugin and theme management

Website speed and performance optimisation

Mobile responsiveness

SSL and technical website maintenance

Fixing layout, functionality and compatibility issues

Supporting integrations between the website and other business systems

2. Website Security & Systems

WordPress security and hardening

Managing website access and permissions

MFA and account security

Website backups and recovery procedures

Plugin and WordPress vulnerability monitoring

Supporting incident response when required

Identifying and addressing potential website security risks

3. Technical & On-Page SEO

Technical SEO improvements

Website structure and internal linking

Schema and structured data

Core Web Vitals

Website speed improvements

Google Search Console

Google Analytics

Indexing and crawl issues

SEO-related website troubleshooting

4. Website Conversion & Growth

We are particularly interested in contractors who understand that a website should not only function well but also help generate enquiries and enrolments.

Work may include:

Improving website conversion rates

Creating and improving landing pages

Improving calls to action

Reviewing website user journeys

Identifying friction in the enrolment process

Testing page layouts and website messaging

Implementing website changes based on marketing and sales data

Improving lead-generation opportunities

Connecting website forms and enquiries with CRM, email or automation systems

5. AI & Website Automation

We are actively exploring ways to use AI to improve our website and business processes.

Relevant experience may include:

AI-powered website tools

Website chatbots

Automated customer follow-up

Customer enquiry automation

Integrating AI tools with existing website and business systems

Experience with tools such as APIs, Zapier, Make, Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms is an advantage.

Depending on your skills and current business requirements, occasional work may also involve:

Google Ads

Analytics

Landing pages for advertising campaigns

Marketing technology integrations

The primary focus, however, is website development, maintenance, optimisation and growth .

What We're Looking For

We are looking for people with substantial, demonstrable experience. This is not an entry-level position .

You should have:

Strong practical experience with WordPress and website management

Demonstrable experience in your specialist area
